Return & Exchange Policy
Fill out the returns forms with your email address, order number that starts with DS, item returned, and reason for return.
If your order did not include a returns form, please download one from the link below.
We will process your refund or exchange request once we receive your returned package within 28 days of reception of your item.You will receive an email with either a dispatch confirmation or a refund confirmation. We need up to 10 business days from the time the product arrives at the Dan Saints warehouse where your item will be processed by our warehouse following a quality assessment.
If the product is faulty we offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your returned purchase. If we have the stock to accommodate your request, we can offer you an exchange within 28 days of purchase; otherwise, we will offer you a credit note as a form of resolution. Anything outside of these terms will not be accepted. We also do not cover the cost of returning the product. You must also return your item(s) in its original packaging to:
- Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns form here). Please include the returns form with your products; failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Returns should be shipped with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for late or lost packages.

- Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.
For All International Returns/Exchanges
Please Email - sales@dansaints.com to arrange the return/exchange of an order. Additional costs may be incurred. If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS; in order to avoid customs fees.
Dan Saints is NOT liable for any customs charges incurred during the return process.

For goods purchased, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Before the funds are returned to the account, financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund.
