We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.

Dan Saints Returns & Refund Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you physically received the product, in accordance with consumer regulations. To initiate a return within this period, please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
We will process your refund or exchange request once we receive your returned package at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming either the dispatch of your exchange or the approval of your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time the product arrives at the Dan Saints warehouse for our team to complete a quality inspection and process your return.
Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes
- If the product is faulty, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Please note: We do not cover the cost of returning products unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
How to Return Your Order
Please follow these steps to return your item(s):
- Download and complete a returns form
- Package your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Include your returns form inside the package. Missing information may delay processing.
- Clearly include your Order Number, Full Name, and the reason for your return.
- Send your return using Royal Mail (trackable and insured). We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

International Returns & Refunds
For customers outside the UK, the same return rights apply:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you physically receive the product.
Please note the following additional information for international returns:
- All international returns must be sent back at your own cost, using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
- Clearly mark your return “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” on the customs declaration. This helps avoid additional customs charges. Any duties or customs fees incurred upon return may be deducted from your refund.
- Ensure your return includes your Order Number, Full Name, and the reason for return, along with a completed returns form.
We allow up to 28 days for international returns to reach our warehouse.
Once received, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed following a quality assessment. You will be notified by email when your refund or exchange has been confirmed.
If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund. Where stock allows, exchanges may be offered; otherwise, a credit note will be issued.
